The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan has concluded an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the initiator of the construction of a new tourist complex in the Baymak district, Sirius Company. The initiator of the priority investment project is guaranteed the preservation of the conditions that were in effect at the time of the agreement, as well as the provision of state support measures, including subsidies for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure. Earlier, the project was presented to the Head of the region within the framework of the Investchas meeting, after which it received priority status. The investor intends to invest about 20.5 million rubles in the implementation of the first stage of the construction of the camp site. The Sirius investment project is supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This was reported by the regional Development Corporation, which accompanies this project. The concept provides for the expansion of the production capacities of the existing enterprise engaged in the complex equipment of interiors according to an individual project, as well as the manufacture of wall panels, furniture and doors in classic and refractory versions.
