In Bashkortostan, investors were offered a site for the creation of a roadside complex

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented a new free investment site to investors. The land plot with a total area of 0.32 hectares is located in the city of Salavat along the federal highway R-240 Ufa-Orenburg and is intended to accommodate a new roadside complex.

The presented investment site is located on a busy stretch of road, where the traffic intensity is over 18 thousand cars per day. That is why the creation of a new roadside complex here is of particular relevance. There are all conditions for the creation of a roadside complex in the municipality: developed engineering and transport infrastructure. Thus, the presented investment site is provided with the possibility of connecting to utility networks, as well as adjacent to the highway. In addition, special state support measures are in place for projects in the field of roadside service development in the republic. The Development Corporation will help the investor get them," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that in the field of roadside service development in Bashkortostan, a number of state support measures are in effect: the provision of land for rent without bidding, a subsidy for reimbursement of part of the costs of construction of transport and engineering infrastructure, an investment tax deduction for income tax.

For example, a land plot can be leased without bidding if the project meets a number of parameters: the project must be included in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Belarus, the cadastral value of the land plot is no more than 50% of the investment volume, the land plot and planned construction facilities must comply with the requirements of the investment project and legislation.
