The Head of Bashkortostan approved the implementation of projects supported by the Development Corporation

The head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a regular weekly meeting of "Investors", where the Development Corporation presented two investment projects.

The first project of the company is "Road Maintenance Enterprise No.103". It involves the organization of the production of building materials used in road construction. The company will produce asphalt concrete mixtures, bitumen, cubic crushed stone, crushed stone-sand mixtures. The project is planned to be implemented in the Iglinsky district. The total investment volume will amount to 1.5 billion rubles. As part of the project support, the specialists of the Development Corporation conducted a detailed analysis of the land plot for its compliance with the planned use, worked out the issue of connecting to engineering networks with resource supply organizations, and also prepared a package of documents for the presentation of the project to the Head of Bashkortostan in order to obtain state support measures.

The second project is the construction of a hotel complex "Krasivaya Polyana", which is planned to be located near Lake Krasivoye in the Demsky district of Ufa. The initiator of the project is an individual entrepreneur Artur Abdullin, who intends to equip an existing recreation center with a beach and a hotel. He plans to build a geo-dome on the territory for events, two fisherman's houses, as well as modernize the hotel. About 87 million rubles will be allocated to the implementation of the project and 26 new jobs will be created. In this case, the Corporation's specialists have prepared a package of documents for the presentation of the project to the Head of the republic in order to include the project in the List of priority investment projects.

As a result of the review, both investors received the approval of the Head of Bashkortostan for the implementation of their projects. So, each of them will be provided with the requested state support measures.
