Bashkortostan and Uzbekistan intend to create a joint technopark

As part of the official visit of the delegation of Bashkortostan to Uzbekistan, the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan signed a cooperation agreement with Uzkimesanoat JSC. The agreement provides for cooperation in the creation of a joint technopark in the Tashkent region. The signing of the agreement was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The signing of the agreement took place with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Government of Bashkortostan. This is an important step aimed at developing business contacts and introducing new international practices into the activities of preferential zones. The Development Corporation, as the management company of the Ufa Industrial Park and the Alga Special Economic Zone, has extensive experience in creating such parks. We are ready to share our experience in creating and managing preferential zones and attracting investors to its sites," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The company "Uzkimesanoat" unites a number of chemical enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which produce more than 170 types of chemical products. The products of the enterprises of JSC "Uzkimesanoat" are in demand not only in the Uzbek market, but also in the countries of the near and far abroad.
