In Bashkortostan, the initiator of the construction of a tourist complex will receive state support
The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan has concluded an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the initiator of the construction of a new tourist complex in the Baymak district, the Sirius company. The initiator of the priority investment project is guaranteed the preservation of the conditions that were in effect at the time of the agreement, as well as the provision of state support measures, including subsidies for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure. Earlier, the project was presented to the Head of the region within the framework of the meeting of "Investors", after which it received priority status. The investor intends to invest about 20.5 million rubles in the implementation of the first stage of the construction of the camp site.
The investment project of the company "Sirius" is accompanied by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the department, spoke about the progress of its implementation.
This project is a good example of shortening the implementation time of initiatives in Bashkortostan within the framework of changes in investment legislation that came into force last summer. So, under our supervision, the project was prepared and presented to the Head of the region, after which it was promptly included in the List of priorities with the possibility of obtaining the requested state support measures. Thus, the investor is rapidly approaching the start of construction and landscaping of the family recreation center, where he will soon be able to receive the first guests, Nail Gabbasov said.
Recall that the investor plans to equip a tourist complex on the shore of Lake Talkas. During the implementation of the first stage, it is planned to equip modular guest apartments for 40 people and a camping area for 30 places. In addition, a rope park and a playground will appear on the territory of the recreation center.
