Bashkir manufacturer of products for complex interior equipment will expand the enterprise
The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan has concluded an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the Bashkir manufacturer of products for complex interior equipment – production company «Carpenter ». This was reported by the regional Development Corporation, which accompanies this project. The concept provides for the expansion of the production capacities of the existing enterprise engaged in the complex equipment of interiors according to an individual project, as well as the manufacture of wall panels, furniture and doors in classic and refractory versions. The volume of investments in the project will amount to about 150 million rubles with the creation of 70 new jobs.
The investor's operating enterprise is located in the Demsky district of Ufa. So, in order to expand production, the specialists of the Development Corporation analyzed the land plot for compliance with the planned use, the possibility of obtaining it, taking into account approved documents, the presence or absence of encumbrances. In addition, under the supervision of the Corporation, the project was presented to the Head of Bashkortostan within the framework of the meeting of "Investors" and included in the List of priority investment projects with the possibility of obtaining state support measures. Thus, an investor can count on the possibility of renting a land plot without bidding, said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
It is planned to put the expanded production into operation in 2027. As the investor notes, by the end of the project implementation period, he plans to increase the volume of products by 5 times from 400 square meters per year to 2 thousand.
Recall that in 2023, the authorities of Bashkortostan introduced a Program for the protection and promotion of investments. This made it possible to significantly simplify the requirements for obtaining state support measures, reduce the number of documents provided by six times and more than double the time frame for making decisions on granting preferences. One of the implemented tools for state support of investment projects was the conclusion of an agreement with the investor on the protection and promotion of investments. When concluding an agreement, the initiator of a priority investment project has the opportunity to implement an initiative with the possibility of obtaining tax benefits, a land plot for rent without bidding, as well as subsidies for part of the construction costs (technical connection) of engineering and transport infrastructure.
