The authorities of Bashkortostan have approved the inclusion of the project for the construction of a family recreation center "Yumart" in the List of priority investment projects in the region. The company "Sirius" plans to build a new tourist complex in the Baymak district on the shore of Lake Talkas. The volume of investments in the implementation of the first stage of the construction of the tourist complex will amount to about 20.5 million rubles. The investment project is supported by a division of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Directorate for the Development of the Trans-Urals. Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Kyrgyz Republic, commented on the progress of its implementation.

Since July last year, when a new program of work with investors began to operate in Bashkortostan, the timing of the provision of state support measures has been significantly reduced. In turn, this also affected the timing of the initiatives. For example, the project of the company "Sirius" was presented to the Head of the republic a week ago within the framework of the meeting of "Investors", after which it was promptly included in the List of priorities. In many ways, this is the result of the systematic work of the Development Corporation with relevant departments. We are trying to free the investor from solving various organizational issues and make the implementation of the project more comfortable, Nail Gabbasov noted.

When accompanying the investment project, specialists of the Development Corporation provided information and consulting support to the investor, including on measures of state support, assisted in the formation of a package of documents in order to include the project in the List of priorities and further provision of state support measures. In addition, an analysis of land plots potentially considered for the expansion of the recreation center was carried out for the investor.

According to the investor, during the implementation of the first stage, it is planned to equip modular guest apartments for 40 people and a camping area for 30 places. In addition, a rope park and a playground will appear on the territory of the recreation center.

Recall that in July last year, the authorities of Bashkortostan presented a program of work with investors, which significantly simplified the requirements for new projects to receive state support. The innovations made it possible to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, optimize regulatory procedures, and digitize the process of project support.
