A new initiative of the Belarusian holding Amkodor was presented to the head of Bashkortostan
Today, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a regular meeting of "Investchas", which was also attended by Svetlana Chupsheva, Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
Under the supervision of the Development Corporation, the members of the Investment Committee were presented with a project for the construction of a plant for the production of special equipment, initiated by the company "Amkodor-Alga". The production complex with a total area of more than 37 thousand square meters is planned to be located on the fifth site of the SEZ "Alga" in the industrial park "Ufa". It will produce 16 types of road construction equipment - graders, bulldozers, excavators. The Development Corporation has already selected a land plot for the investor. Design work is currently underway on its territory. The preparation of documents for presentation to the Head of the region was also carried out by specialists of the department.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Amkodor" Alexander Shakutin noted the cooperation with the Corporation, emphasizing the professionalism of the department's team. Recall that this is not the first project that the investor implements in Bashkortostan. So, in October last year, the technical opening of the plant for post-harvest grain processing "Amkodor-Agidel" took place in the Ufa Industrial Park. The plant was built by the Development Corporation in record time - 9 months.
During the meeting, the Investment Committee members were also presented with the project of the first stage of the construction of a family recreation center "Yumart", accompanied by a division of the Development Corporation "Directorate for the Development of the Trans-Urals.
A new tourist complex is planned to be built in the Baymak district on the shore of Lake Talkas in order to create conditions for a full-fledged family holiday for residents and guests of Bashkortostan, open new tourist routes, as well as improve the quality of tourist services for children, adults and people with disabilities. As part of the implementation of the first stage, the investor intends to equip modular guest apartments for 40 people and a camping area for 30 places. In addition, a rope park and a playground will appear on the territory of the recreation center. The volume of investments in the project will be about 20.5 million rubles.
Following the discussion, the Head of Bashkortostan approved the project for implementation and inclusion in the List of priority investment projects of the republic. The investor will also be reimbursed for part of the construction costs of engineering and transport infrastructure.
Recall that the office of the Directorate for the Development of the Trans-Urals was opened as part of the Investment Sabantuy in Sibai last year. Its main task is to attract investors, support projects and assist in the implementation of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Trans-Urals until 2030. To date, the Directorate supports 17 investment projects with a total declared investment volume of 293.2 million rubles.
