A new roadside complex will appear in Bashkortostan
The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan has concluded an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the company LLC "TC"Irbis-RB"initiator of the investment project for the construction of a roadside complex on the territory of the Chesnokovsky village Council of the Ufa district. The volume of investments in the implementation of the initiative will amount to about 150 million rubles with the creation of 25 new jobs. Earlier, under the joint supervision of the regional Development Corporation and the Ministry of Trade and Services, the project was presented to the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, during one of the meetings of "Investors", after which it was included in the List of priority investment projects in the region with the provision of state support measures.
The investor plans to place a gas station, a mini-market, a cafe and a parking lot on the territory of the complex. In addition, in addition to gas stations, gas storage stations and points for charging electric vehicles will be located on its territory, " said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Our specialists assisted in the approval of the land plot, as well as prepared all the necessary documents for presentation to the Head of the region and obtaining state support measures. I would like to note that the investor intends to implement five more such projects in the republic. All of them are accompanied by the Development Corporation and are at different stages of implementation. Maintenance will continue until all facilities are put into operation.
In turn, the investor highly appreciated the quality of the project support by the Development Corporation. In particular, he noted the work of the project manager assigned to him and the efficiency of solving all tasks.

The agreement on the protection and promotion of investments guarantees the initiator of a priority investment project the immutability of conditions during its implementation, reimbursement of infrastructure construction costs, as well as payment of interest on loans and borrowings. Irbis-RB is a member of the Transit Group of companies, which has been operating since 1998. The priority area of activity is the development and construction of a network of gas stations. The Irbis brand was launched in 2014 and is currently represented in 10 regions of Russia. There is currently one gas station with a cafe and a mini-market in Bashkortostan.
