Last year we actively developed cooperation between the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Turkey. At the same time, the export indicator for the first 11 months of 2023 showed an increase of 113.6% compared to the same period in 2022. The basis of exports in January-September last year were fuel and energy products, chemical industry products, other goods, food products and raw materials, wood and pulp and paper products, metals and products made from them, machine-building products. The Minister noted that a significant contribution to the development of foreign economic relations with Turkey was made by the work of the representative of the region at the Russian Trade Mission in the target country, Marat Tansykkuzhin.

For example, the Representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Turkey, Marat Tansykkuzhin, visited the site for the production of lifting cranes of the company Özfatihler Vinç in the central part of Turkey, in Konya. During the visit, Marat Tansykkuzhin got acquainted with the production process, the range of manufactured equipment, and together with representatives of the company, a roadmap for the implementation of an investment project in the Republic of Bashkortostan was outlined.

Recall that representatives of the company intend to launch the production of their products in Bashkortostan. The planned investment volume for this project exceeds 110 million rubles, and its support is provided by the regional representative office together with JSC "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan". At the moment, several investment sites have already been selected and pre-order of technological equipment has been carried out.

Following the results of the first meeting with the investor, we have identified a pool of tasks that we systematically solve in the course of joint work with relevant departments. Having worked out all the details and technical requirements of the project, our specialists selected sites for the localization of future production, and also prepared a package of documents for presentation to the Head of Bashkortostan within the framework of the meeting "Investchas". As soon as the investor chooses a site for the placement of the enterprise, we will start preparing documents for receiving state support measures," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Also, on February 12-14, Turkish investors plan to pay a visit to the Republic of Bashkortostan in order to resolve the issue of renting premises and determine the list of purchased equipment for their production. During the meeting, Turkish investors expressed interest in building a full-fledged plant in the region in the future and participating in industry exhibitions in the Russian Federation.
