The Stolypino company has concluded lease agreements for three land plots for the creation of gardens "Wild" and "Barsky" in Kushnarenkovsky and Birsky districts. On the land plots that the investor has leased without bidding under the import substitution program, plant raw materials will be produced, which are necessary for the manufacture of herbal teas, cosmetic products, biologically active additives, etc. The volume of investments in the implementation of the initiative will amount to about 55 million rubles. The project is supported by the Development Corporation jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan.

Accompanying the investment project, our specialists developed its financial model and business plan, as well as formed documents in order to obtain land plots for rent without bidding. I would like to note that this is not the only investor's project that the Corporation accompanies. Along with the arrangement of gardens, the investor also plans to create a glamping for the development of agrotourism in the region. This initiative is also nearing the start of direct implementation," explained Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

At the initial stages of the project, the investor will carry out earthworks and the laying of perennial plantings. It is planned to harvest the first crop in 2025. It is assumed that after reaching the design capacity, the volume of output will amount to more than 800 tons per year.

As the investor notes, in addition to production, the gardens will also be used as educational and practical platforms for agro- and phytospecialists. Thus, the company intends to conclude a number of contracts with specialized educational institutions and provide fields for practical training. The training center will be located on the territory of the existing Stolypino fruit nursery in the Kushnarenkovsky district.
