The project of creating a new rebar plant has been included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan

The investment project for the creation of a new rebar production plant in Ufa has been included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan. The initiator of the project is the company "Autogruz". The investor intends to invest about 158 million rubles in the creation of a new enterprise, creating 24 new jobs. Earlier, the project was presented to the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, as part of a regular meeting of the "Investchas", following which it was approved for inclusion in the List of priorities with the possibility of receiving state support measures.

The investment project of the company "Autogruz" is accompanied by a regional development Corporation. Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the department, spoke about the progress of its implementation and further prospects.

One of the main advantages of including the project in the Priority List is obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding. So, as part of the project support, our specialists conducted a detailed analysis of the land plot for its compliance with the planned use, and also prepared all the necessary documentation for presentation to the Head of the region. After obtaining the opportunity to lease a land plot, the investor will be able to begin preparatory work for the further start of construction of production facilities. The launch of production is scheduled for 2026, Nail Gabbasov explained.

In addition to providing a land plot without bidding, the inclusion of the project in the Priority List will give the investor the opportunity to apply an investment income tax deduction and exemption from corporate property tax.
