Bashkortostan will be reimbursed 1.5 billion rubles for the creation of production infrastructure in the Ufa Industrial Park

19.01.2024

The largest industrial park in Bashkortostan "Ufa" was included in the List of projects for the creation, modernization and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of industrial parks, industrial technoparks and technoparks in the field of high technologies. The corresponding Decree was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. The republic will receive compensation in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles for the creation of the production infrastructure of the plant for the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing "Amkodor-Agidel".

The money will be returned within two years. We will be able to direct them to create additional infrastructure for potential residents. This will make our preferential zone and the republic as a whole even more attractive to investors," commented the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

To date, the occupancy rate of the Ufa Industrial Park is 98%. 19 companies have the status of residents of the preferential zone and seven are infrastructure users. The functions of the management company are assigned to the regional Development Corporation, which in turn provides residents with all the necessary infrastructure for the development of production facilities.

More and more large investors are choosing Ufa for the implementation of their projects, which directly affects tax generation. Since the creation of the park, about four billion rubles have been invested in the development of industrial infrastructure, and the amount of taxes paid by residents has reached nine billion. I would like to note that in 2022 alone, the amount of taxes paid by residents of the industrial park to all budget levels amounted to more than one billion rubles. So, for one ruble invested in the creation of the park's infrastructure, 10 rubles of private investment were attracted, and 2.4 rubles were sent to the consolidated budget in the form of taxes, explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
