The Head of Bashkortostan approved the construction of a new reinforcement plant for implementation

On January 11, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a regular meeting of "Investors". During the meeting, the experts were presented with the initiative to create a rebar plant in the Demsky district of Ufa, which is accompanied by the Development Corporation.

It is noted that the new enterprise will produce various types of fittings, mainly for the construction of residential facilities. Scrap metal is planned to be used as raw materials. The investor will allocate about 158 million rubles to the implementation of the investment project, creating 24 new jobs at the enterprise. Construction work will begin in the spring of 2024. Production is scheduled to start in 2026.

During the investor's support, the specialists of the Development Corporation conducted an analysis of the land plot on which the investor intends to localize the plant, and also prepared documents for the presentation of the project at the meeting of "Investors" in order to include it in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan with the possibility of obtaining state support measures.

Following the review of the initiative, the Head of the region and members of the investment committee approved the implementation of this project and its inclusion in the List of priorities.
