In 2023, the Development Corporation accepted 131 investment projects for support with a total declared investment volume of about 66 billion rubles
More than 130 investment projects with a total declared investment volume of about 66 billion rubles were accepted for support by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation in 2023. So, to date, the department's specialists have accompanied 164 investment projects with a total declared investment volume of about 117 billion rubles and the creation of over 13 thousand new jobs, which is 23% more than last year.
In 2023 alone, with the support of the Development Corporation, 22 projects were included in the List of priority investment projects with the possibility of providing various measures of state support, among which the most requested is to obtain a land plot for rent without bidding. So, during this year, 10 investors accompanied by the Development Corporation signed land lease agreements based on the order of the Head of the region," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
For the convenience of investors considering Bashkortostan as a platform for business development, the department's specialists have developed a unified form of providing information in a single format of the site passport, which includes information about the location, area, technical characteristics of real estate and infrastructure support of the site. In 2023, 84 investors contacted the Development Corporation regarding the selection and analysis of investment sites. More than 10 have successfully presented their projects to the Head of Bashkortostan within the framework of the meetings of "Investors", the rest are at various stages of development in order to further implement initiatives using various measures of state support.
It should be noted that the Development Corporation, together with the Ministry of Digital Development of the region, is also the responsible agency for filling and updating the investment map of Bashkortostan. In the summer of this year, the republic took a leading position in the rating of Russian regions in terms of the quality of investment maps as part of the analytical review of "Investment Maps of pilot regions of Russia" conducted by the National Agency for Investment and Development (NAAIR).
One of the most effective tools used to work with potential investors is also virtual tours of free investment sites in Bashkortostan, which are an interactive spherical high-resolution aerial panorama taken from a bird's-eye view.
For the convenience of potential investors, the panorama displays the boundaries and area of the land plot, as well as brief information about the characteristics of the proposed site. At the moment, photos and videos have been shot at 1,098 sites. In order for the user to fully familiarize himself with the site without leaving the area, our specialist performs the processing and installation of the tour, further uploading it to a specialized platform with a convenient filtration system. In total, the site hosts 136 virtual tours across 393 venues. Let me remind you that this year the virtual tours tool became the winner of the nomination "Best Scalable Practice" of the National Award "Leaders of Investment Development"2023", added Nail Gabbasov.
The list of services provided by the agency also includes the development of investment proposals. In 2023, the Corporation's specialists developed 26 proposals to attract potential investors. All of them are also posted on the Investment Portal of the region.
In addition, investors can apply to the agency for the development of financial models and business plans for their projects or their expertise. In January-November 2023, business plans and financial models of 35 projects with a total declared investment volume of over 28 billion rubles were prepared and updated. Two projects with an announced investment volume of more than 276 million rubles are currently under development.
