Investors rated the quality of project support by five points

Investors whose projects are supported by the regional Development Corporation were surveyed, where they assessed the quality of work with their projects. So, as of December, the average score was 4.96.

They assessed the quality of the agency's services according to eight indicators: the completeness of the information provided on the work of a specialized organization for attracting investments and working with investors, the possibility of obtaining services for investors when interacting with executive authorities on the principle of "one window", the quality of consulting support for investors and the provision of specialized services by a special organization during the initial appeal, the degree of efficiency of providing consulting support to investors and the provision of specialized services by the Development Corporation, the level of qualification of the department's employees, the degree of solving the issue that the investor addressed, the quality of events and the necessary work to attract investment to the economy of the region, the completeness of the information provided on the work of a specialized organization to attract investment and work with investors in the Republic Bashkortostan.

Feedback from investors whose projects are supported by our specialists is very important to us, because it is thanks to this that we have the opportunity to track the dynamics of our work and improve it. I would like to note that we conduct such surveys on a regular basis and always pay attention to incoming suggestions and comments," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The survey was also conducted by residents of the special economic zone "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufa". They assessed the availability of free space, satisfaction with the range and quality of services provided, the effectiveness of the support measures provided for residents, as well as the availability of existing support measures for residents who implement projects at investment infrastructure facilities. As of December, the average score was 4.84 points.

Recall that in June of this year, by a decree of the Government of Russia, the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park was included in the special economic zone Alga. As a result of the expansion, the total area of the SEZ reached 763 hectares.
