A manufacturer of vibropressed products in Bashkortostan has signed an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the Government of the region
The company "Cubic Meter", the initiator of the investment project to create a factory for the production of vibropressed products in the city of Oktyabrsky, signed an Agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. For an investor whose project has received priority status, such an agreement guarantees the preservation of the conditions that were in effect at the time of the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the investment project, and also allows you to provide a number of state support measures, including tax incentives and the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding.
The declared volume of investments in the implementation of the initiative will amount to 300 million rubles. Earlier, the project was presented to the Head of Bashkortostan within the framework of the meeting of "Investors" and included in the List of priority investment projects of the republic. The initiative is supported by the Regional Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Construction and Architecture.Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, also commented on the progress of the company's investment project "Cubic Meter".The project is large-scale, ambitious and very promising. The products that the investor will produce will become one of the most in demand for the improvement of new residential blocks and individual houses being built. The project is planned to be implemented until 2026 and will additionally provide 50 new jobs," said Vladislav Sidorkin, Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The investor is quickly approaching the stage of starting the construction of the enterprise, which will produce paving slabs, curbs, paving stones, etc. The production capacity of the plant will be 225 thousand square meters per year. In September of this year, the project was accepted for support and, with the support of specialists from the Development Corporation, the investor successfully presented the initiative to the Head of the republic, and his project was included in the List of priority investment projects in the region with the possibility of obtaining various state support measures, Nail Gabbasov noted.
Recall that in July of this year, the authorities of Bashkortostan presented a program of work with investors, which significantly simplified the requirements for new projects to receive state support. The innovations made it possible to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, optimize regulatory procedures, and digitize the project support process. One of the implemented tools for state support of investment projects was the conclusion of an agreement with the investor on the protection and promotion of investments.
