The initiator of the creation of a sewing enterprise in Bashkortostan received a land plot for rent without bidding

The initiator of the investment project for the construction of a new sewing complex for sewing personal protective equipment, the Delta company, received a land plot for rent without bidding for the implementation of the project in the Bizhbulyak district. The corresponding order was signed by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. Earlier, the project was presented at a meeting of "Investors" and included in the List of priority investment projects in the region (PIP), which allowed it to qualify for this measure of state support. The investment project of Delta is being supported by the Regional Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Innovation.

The investor plans to invest about 35 million rubles in his initiative, creating 63 new jobs at the enterprise. The main purpose of the plant's creation is to expand the range, as well as increase the volume of finished products and tax generation," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

As part of the investor's support, the specialists of the Development Corporation conducted a detailed analysis of the land plot intended for the placement of production, for its compliance with the planned use. They also prepared documents for the inclusion of the project in the PIP in order to provide the investor with the opportunity to obtain a land plot for rent without bidding.
