The head of Bashkortostan approved the project of expanding the hotel in Abzakovo for implementation

On November 30, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a regular meeting of "Investors". One of the projects presented to the members of the investment committee was the initiative of the Abzakovo company, accompanied by the Development Corporation. The project for the construction of a new three-storey building on the territory of the resort "Abzakovo" in the Beloretsky district was presented by the director of the sanatorium "Yubileyny" Egor Kozhaev. Due to the growing tourist flow, the hotel's capacity is planned to increase from 500 to 700 people. The investor noted that this will give an additional impetus to the development of the ski infrastructure of the resort "Abzakovo". The volume of investments in the project will amount to 700 million rubles with the creation of 24 new jobs.

Accompanied by the investor, the specialists of the Development Corporation analyzed the land plot intended for the construction of a new building with an area of 1.4 thousand square meters for 75 rooms, and also prepared a package of documents for the presentation of the project to the Head of the region in order to further include it in the List of priority investment projects in the region with the possibility of obtaining state support measures.

Following the review of the project, the Head of Bashkortostan approved the implementation of the presented project, and also stressed its importance for tourists.
