Investors from China were presented with sites for localization of several enterprises

Chinese investors intend to localize the production of fiber cement slabs and power supply equipment in Bashkortostan. This was discussed during the meeting of the Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan Nail Gabbasov with the founder of Jiangxi Sino-Ocean Willie Industrial Co. Mr. Huang Shi Hua and representatives of large enterprises in China. At the moment, the main issue is the placement of production facilities. Thus, one of the options proposed for the localization of enterprises was the special economic zone "Alga", where investors will be able to receive a wide range of tax, rental and customs benefits, and will also be provided with the necessary engineering infrastructure.

For the first time, the meeting with colleagues took place within the framework of the business mission of the delegation of Bashkortostan to China under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic, where we managed to outline common points of interaction and determine prospects for further cooperation. Our negotiations continued at the XVI International Business Week. So, during the meeting, which was held with the assistance of the Representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the People's Republic of China, Flur Asadullin, we interested them in the opportunities that are offered to foreign investors in the republic. That is why, in order to resolve all issues promptly, we agreed to hold a repeat meeting in order to familiarize investors with preferential zones, the management company of which is the Development Corporation, as well as the preferences operating in their territories," Nail Gabbasov noted.

A visual presentation of one of the infrastructure sites took place during the visit of Chinese colleagues to the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park, which in June of this year was included in the special economic zone Alga by the Decree of the Government of Russia, and now has the status of its fifth site. Investors were introduced to the current residents and the products they produce. In particular, the colleagues also visited the production complex of the enterprise for the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing "Amkodor-Agidel", which was built by the Development Corporation in record time - nine months.

Thanks to the visit to the industrial park, we were able to demonstrate all the advantages of investing in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Based on the results of our work together with investors, we decided to work out the parameters of all projects in detail, after which the specialists of the Development Corporation will form a pool of investment sites that fully meet their requirements. Having decided on the localization of all enterprises, we will move on to further stages of cooperation with Chinese investors in Bashkortostan, Nail Gabbasov added.
