Bashkortostan Development Corporation presented to investors another free investment platform for business development. A plot of land with an area of about six hectares is located in the Iglinsky district along the federal highway M-5 "Ural". It is assumed that roadside service facilities will be located on its territory.

The investment site is located in a location with high traffic intensity, where the number of passing cars can reach 20 thousand units per day. That is why, on this land plot, investors are invited to consider the possibility of creating a camping and roadside complex with a car maintenance point, a car wash, a cafe, a shop and other facilities for a comfortable pastime. The implementation of such a project here will be especially relevant for all motorists. In addition, this factor will have a positive impact on the payback period," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The presented investment site is provided with the possibility of connecting to the necessary networks of engineering infrastructure: electricity, gas, water supply and sanitation.

For the most comfortable study of the land plot, a virtual tour is posted on the website of the Development Corporation https://krrb360.ru/Virtual/Iglinsky/120502 ;30/tour.html , which displays its technical and infrastructural characteristics. It allows you to get acquainted with the site in an online format without going to the area.

An investor interested in implementing his project on the presented investment platform will receive gratuitous support from specialists of the Development Corporation in developing the project concept, interacting with authorities and resource-supplying organizations, preparing documents for obtaining state support measures and other issues, Nail Gabbasov added.

Recall that Bashkortostan has approved the Concept of Roadside service development for 2020-2024, according to which about a thousand new roadside complexes should appear in the region in four years and the same number of existing facilities should be modernized. The experience of the region in this direction was highly appreciated by the Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. He stressed the need to scale up this practice in other regions of the country.

As the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov noted, a unique package of support measures has been introduced by the regional authorities for investors implementing projects in the field of roadside service development. Thus, as a state support, an investor can apply for inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan with the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, tax benefits, as well as subsidies to compensate for part of the costs of creating transport and engineering infrastructure.
