The initiator of the priority project for the construction of a machine tool plant in Bashkortostan has signed a land lease agreement

The company "Technoprom", planning the construction of an import-substituting high-tech machine-tool plant in the Demsky district of Ufa, has signed a lease agreement for a land plot on which the enterprise will soon be located. The investor received the land plot for rent without bidding in accordance with the order of the Head of Bashkortostan.

The project is supported by the Regional Development Corporation. Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, commented on the prospects for its implementation.

- The aim of the Project is to create a machine-tool plant for the production of dosing and honing machines with numerical control, filling machines and lines for gluing sandwich panels. So, the company will produce CNC equipment that was previously supplied from abroad. The investor will allocate about 334 million rubles to the implementation of the initiative and create 49 new jobs at the enterprise, Nail Gabbasov said.

Earlier, the initiative was presented to the investment committee within the framework of the regular meeting of "Investchas", following which the project was included in the List of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan (PIP RB) with the provision of tax benefits and the possibility of renting a land plot without bidding.

As part of the project support, specialists of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan, as well as prepared documentation for including the project in the PIP of the Republic of Belarus and obtaining appropriate state support measures.
