The Chinese manufacturer of environmentally friendly building materials intends to localize production in Bashkortostan
The Chinese company Jiangxi Ocean Willing Industrial Co. intends to place in Bashkortostan the production of environmentally friendly materials for the construction industry. This became known during a meeting held within the framework of the business mission of the delegation of Bashkortostan headed by Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic Andrei Nazarov in China. The planned volume of investments in the implementation of this project will amount to more than five billion rubles. The parties discussed options for locations for production placement. So, during the negotiations, the investor was offered to place the enterprise in the Ufa Industrial Park, the territory of which in June of this year became part of the special economic zone Alga. Recall that the management company of these preferential zones is the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
By becoming a resident of the SEZ "Alga", the company will be able to count on a number of important preferences – tax and rental benefits, as well as the operation of a free customs zone. In addition, within the framework of cooperation with the Development Corporation, the investor is relieved of solving issues related to the preparation of various documents and interaction with a large circle of performers. We take care of all these issues. I would like to note that the Development Corporation also has extensive experience in the rapid construction of production facilities. A striking example is a factory for the production of agricultural machinery for our Belarusian partners, which we built in record time - nine months. Thus, immediately after receiving the parameters, we will begin pre-project work for a more rapid implementation of the initiative," Nail Gabbasov said.
As the investor stressed, Bashkortostan is very attractive in terms of business benefits. That is why a detailed discussion of the project implementation will take place on the territory of the republic as part of the visit of colleagues from China to the International Business Week, which will be held in Ufa from November 22 to 25.
