The potential of the SEZ "Alga" was presented in China

As part of a business mission to China, a delegation from Bashkortostan, headed by Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic Andrei Nazarov, held a working meeting with the Director of the Chinese Center for International Business Development, Chairman of the Chinese Association for Entrepreneurship in Southeastern Europe Li Yanjun. The parties discussed issues related to the further development of bilateral cooperation, as well as the economic potential of Bashkortostan.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan presented the possibilities of the special economic zone "Alga". He noted that the preferential zone is an example of an effective platform for foreign partners. Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Republic Development Corporation, told more about the possibilities of the SEZ "Alga".

Our special economic zone was created in 2020 and is considered one of the youngest, but for the second year in a row it has become the most dynamically developing in the country. For residents of the SEZ "Alga" we provide a number of unprecedented preferences: tax and rental benefits, as well as the operation of a free customs zone," Nail Gabbasov stressed. The SEZ "Alga" is located on the territory of three districts of Bashkortostan. Separate sites allow for the placement of enterprises according to the cluster type. A good geographical location significantly affects the solution of logistics issues.

It should be noted that the delegation from Bashkortostan, which includes more than 40 representatives of republican enterprises and development institutions, is on a three-day visit to China. As part of the business trip, work is planned at the international exhibition "China International Import Expo", the signing of a cooperation agreement, as well as B2B negotiations.
