Investors were offered to create a production of modular houses for recreation centers in Bashkortostan

The Regional Development Corporation presented a new business proposal to potential investors. Its concept involves the creation of an enterprise in Bashkortostan for the production of modular houses, which will later be located at recreation centers. The estimated volume of investments in the implementation of this business idea will be about 140 million rubles with the possibility of creating 25 new jobs.

Our goal is to make the rest of the residents and guests of the republic even more comfortable. Based on the analysis of the latest trends in the tourism industry, we have developed this investment proposal. It already presents a platform on which the investor will be able to place production. The company is proposed to localize in the Iglinsky district and manufacture modular houses of various capacities on it - from two to eight people. Local manufacturers of wood products, metal materials and other components can become suppliers of raw materials. The investor will be able to sell the manufactured products both at local points of sale and through interaction with representatives of the tourism and hotel services sector, explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Together with the elaborated concept, the investment proposal also contains information on key financial and economic indicators that display detailed information about the effectiveness of the project. So, the payback period of this project will be about seven years. It also specifies the proposed measures of state support that an investor can count on when implementing a business idea: inclusion in the List of priority investment projects in the region with the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, investment tax deduction for income tax, as well as exemption from corporate property tax.
