The project for the production of concrete products was approved at the meeting of Investchas

On October 25, a regular meeting of "Investors" was held under the leadership of the Head of the region, Radiy Khabirov. One of the projects presented to the members of the investment committee was the initiative of the company "Cubic Meter", accompanied by the Development Corporation.

The project involves the construction of a plant for the production of vibropressed concrete products with a capacity of 225 thousand square meters per year in the city of Oktyabrsky. According to the investor, the main direction of the enterprise will be the manufacture of paving slabs, curbs and other products for the road construction industry. The total investment in the project is 300 million rubles. The company will create 50 new jobs.

The investor applied to the Development Corporation in early September. So, within the framework of cooperation, the department's specialists selected a land plot for him, and also prepared documents for the presentation of the project at the "Investment Hour" and the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects in the region.

According to the results of the review, the Head of the region approved the project for implementation with the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding and tax benefits.
