In Bashkortostan, land plots were leased without bidding by two investors at once, whose projects are supported by the regional Development Corporation. The relevant orders were signed by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. One of the investors is Lukoil-Uralnefteprodukt, which plans to build a new gas station as part of the expansion of the existing network of gas stations.

- The investor will send about 185 million rubles to the implementation of the project and create 15 new jobs. It is planned to place a new gas station in the Iglinsky district, along the federal highway M-5 "Ural". For the convenience of motorists, cafes and a mini-market will also be opened on its territory," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The second investor who received a similar measure of state support was the company "Technoprom". The concept of the project involves the creation of a high-tech machine-tool plant for the production of dosing and honing machines, filling machines and lines for gluing sandwich panels.

- The planned volume of investments in the project will amount to about 334 million rubles with the creation of 49 new jobs. The company's activities will allow its potential customers to increase labor productivity and competitiveness, as well as reduce the cost of products. The plant will be located in the Demsky district of Ufa," Nail Gabbasov said.

During the project support of the Technoprom company, the specialists of the Development Corporation prepared a financial model and a business plan for the project. Each investor was also supported in the selection of land plots, the formation of documentation for the inclusion of projects in the List of priority investment projects in the region and recognition of their large-scale. This allowed investors to receive various measures of state support, in particular the possibility of renting land without bidding.
