It is planned to build an eco-hotel in Bashkortostan

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan held a meeting with a potential investor who intends to place a premium eco-hotel on the territory of Bashkortostan. Similar projects have already been implemented by the investor in the Moscow Region and the Krasnodar Territory. Employees of the Development Corporation presented free investment sites located on the territory of Ufa and nearby areas. The volume of investments of the project will be about 200 million rubles, it is planned to create 20-40 new jobs.

Bashkortostan has a significant natural potential, which is important to use correctly. The peculiarity of the project to create an eco-hotel is to provide decent rest to residents and guests of the republic with minimal environmental impact," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. "We discussed with the investor the possibilities of a future site for the placement of an eco-hotel and are ready to create all conditions for the implementation of this project in the future.

Following the meeting, the parties signed a cooperation agreement. The investor expressed gratitude to the management of the Development Corporation of the Republic.

According to him, the Corporation's employees provided significant support at the initial stage of the project: they selected land plots according to the specified requirements, held a presentation of sites and organized a joint visit with the participation of a specialist, told about state support measures, as well as about the requirements necessary for inclusion in the List of priority investment projects and obtaining a land plot without bidding.
