In Bashkortostan, the manufacturer of small architectural forms received land without bidding

The initiator of the investment project for the construction of a factory for the production of small architectural forms and urban furniture in Ufa, the company "Sunny Circle", received a land plot without bidding. The initiative is supported by the Regional Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Innovation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Previously, the project was included in the List of priority investment projects. The investor was able to get a measure of support thanks to a simplified procedure for granting land plots without bidding for projects aimed at import substitution.

As part of the implementation of the initiative, it is planned to build a production site for the production of elements of urban improvement using modern technologies. The declared volume of investments in the project will be about 102.4 million rubles. It is planned to create 60 new jobs at the factory. The implementation of this project will create a comfortable and attractive environment for people to live and relax," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

During the investor's support, the specialists of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan for the project, as well as formed a package of documents for its inclusion in the List of priorities and obtaining appropriate state support measures. The project is planned to be implemented until 2024. Gratuitous support of the initiative will continue until the launch of the enterprise.
