Bashkortostan Development Corporation has identified the most promising sites for tourism development
Specialists of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan analyzed and identified a number of free investment sites suitable for the development of tourism in the region. All of them are located in picturesque corners of the republic, where an active tourist flow is concentrated.
- Investors planning to develop projects in the field of tourism should already pay attention to the selection of a suitable site in order to implement their plans and have the opportunity to receive the first guests next season. So, for the placement of tourist facilities, our specialists have selected a pool of land plots in various locations located near the most famous sights of the republic. All of them have the ability to connect to utility networks and are accessible to tourists thanks to the developed transport infrastructure," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Investors whose projects involve the development of various types of tourism are invited to consider two sites in the Arkhangelsk region on the banks of the Inzer River near the Abzanovsky waterfall. Three sites are located in the Meleuzovsky district on the coast of the Nugush reservoir. Another site is located in the Birsky district near Lake Shamsutdin. The presented territories are promising for family, sightseeing, recreational and wellness tourism.
Objects for sports and sightseeing tourism can be placed on the territory of the Iremel Nature Park in the Uchalinsky district. Iremel attracts tourists from different parts of Russia at any time of the year, therefore, investors are invited to consider the option of creating year-round tourist facilities on this site. The territory is ready to accommodate glamping and other buildings for a comfortable stay.
In order to develop historical, cultural, educational and water tourism, the Corporation's specialists selected sites in Ishimbay and Davlekan districts. In the first case, it is proposed to place tourist facilities near one of the main attractions of Bashkortostan - shikhan Toratau. In Davlekanovsky district, investors will also be able to equip facilities for a similar type of recreation, since the presented site is located near the Narys-Tau mountain. At the moment, due to the regularly increasing tourist flow, there is an increasing need to create an infrastructure for a full-fledged rest of residents and guests of the republic. Ethno-projects can become especially promising for these locations.
Those who intend to attract guests from other regions to their tourist facilities are invited to consider an investment site in the Nurimanovsky district, which borders the Chelyabinsk region. This direction is very popular among tourists and the placement of glamping and other tourist facilities will allow you to recoup your investments in a short time. The site, surrounded by a forest, is located in a picturesque place between the lakes Shershelakul and Zurkul with the possibility of bringing all the necessary communications. Next to the Nurimanovsky district on the border with the Chelyabinsk region is also the Salavatsky district. This route is widely known among lovers of water sports and also needs to create a tourist infrastructure.
