In the Trans-Urals, it is proposed to open a plant for the production of marble slabs

In the Abzelilovsky district of Bashkortostan, investors are offered to open the production of marble slabs. The investment proposal was developed by specialists of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The budget of the investment project will amount to 362.3 million rubles with the creation of 30 new jobs. It is predicted that the project implementation period will be 9 months. A site near the marble quarry in the village of Tirmen with a total area of 0.6 hectares is proposed for production. On the site there is a production workshop with an area of about 3.5 thousand m3 and a gas boiler room.

– Abzelilovsky district has a favorable geographical location and has a variety of natural resources. The advantage of the district is a raw material base for industry and the construction industry, said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Regional Development Corporation. The Kadysh marble deposit is located 80 km from the natural stone processing plant. It is represented by a deposit of dark gray and black fine-grained limestones. According to the project for the development of this field, the reserves of category C1 are about 1.4 million m³. With a production volume of 5 thousand m3 of block stone per year, the term of working out of industrial reserves is 85 years.

Interested investors are invited to produce such products as: marble and granite tiles, marble slabs, granite paving stones.

The business proposal contains financial and economic parameters, where detailed calculations for the project are displayed. In addition, the managers of the Development Corporation have prepared a list of state support measures that an investor can count on when implementing this project: including an investment project in the List of priority investment projects; leasing a land plot without bidding; investment tax deduction for income tax; obtaining a loan from the Industrial Development Fund of the Republic of Bashkortostan, explained Nail Gabbasov.

Recall that in Bashkortostan in 2022, the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Trans-Urals until 2030 was adopted. It defines the targets for the development of the territories of the subregion, and strategic projects are formed.
