The Head of Bashkortostan highly appreciated the dynamics of the implementation of investment projects in the SEZ "Alga"

On August 25, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov paid a working visit to the special economic zone "Alga". The head of the region got acquainted with the implementation of investment projects for the construction of enterprises of the petrochemical industry - "M Sintez", "Farus-Sintez" and the financial group "DOGA".

During the visit to the preferential zone, the Head of the region also held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the SEZ "Alga". Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, made a report on the progress of construction at the SEZ sites.

- Today all sites are equipped with the possibility of connecting to gas supply networks, the first site has the possibility of connecting to electricity, the construction of roads, lighting, water supply and sanitation networks is being completed, Nail Gabbasov said. - The construction of infrastructure facilities on the third site is in full swing. At the stage of development, design and estimate documentation for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure of the second and fourth sites, as well as power supply facilities of sites 3 and 4.

Recall that recently the projects "Kronoshpan MDF", "Kronohem Ufa" and "Fiber nutrition" were included in the register of residents of the SEZ "Alga". In the near future, projects of the companies "Good Cardboard", "Azimut" and "Sintezoil" are planned to be included in this register. Thus, the total number of SEZ residents will reach 20, the volume of their investments will amount to 61.7 billion rubles, and the number of jobs - 2736.

In June of this year, the territory of the SEZ "Alga" was expanded to include the industrial park "Ufa". Now the SEZ area is 763 hectares, and new residents of the industrial park can count on all the preferences of SEZ residents: customs and tax benefits.
