The Development Corporation presented to investors a PPP project to create a boarding house for the elderly and disabled

Bashkortostan Development Corporation has presented to potential investors a new investment proposal aimed at the development of social infrastructure. His idea is to create a boarding house for stationary services for the elderly and disabled in the Ilishevsky district. The volume of investments required for the implementation of the case is 22.5 million rubles.

- The creation of this investment offer is due to the desire to provide comfortable conditions for people who are unable to take care of themselves on their own. The investor will be able to implement the business case on the site with buildings located on its territory with a total area of about 970 square meters, previously owned by the district hospital. It is assumed that 20 beds will be equipped for the guests of the boarding house, care will be organized according to individually developed programs, as well as various leisure activities," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

It is proposed to implement the project using the mechanism of public-private partnership. The real estate objects owned by the republic will be transferred to the investor in order to reconstruct and create a boarding house for the elderly and disabled with the possibility of its further operation and profit. The plot will be leased to the initiator on preferential terms – without bidding.

Together with the elaborated concept, the investment proposal contains financial and economic indicators that display detailed information about the effectiveness of the project. In addition, during the implementation of the project, the investor will be able to use state support in the form of exemption from corporate property tax.
