The project of creating a family recreation center in Ufa will be included in the List of priorities

Within the framework of the next meeting of the "Investchas", the Investment Committee of Bashkortostan approved for inclusion in the priority List a project to create a multifunctional family recreation center in Ufa. The company "Ecomedform" intends to invest 286.9 million rubles in the initiative, creating 44 new jobs. The initiative is supported by the Regional Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism.

- The investment project provides for the construction of a multifunctional center for the whole family with a hotel, including for people with disabilities. Medical and physiotherapy rooms, ski and tubing trails, art playgrounds, a relaxation zone and other sports and wellness facilities will be available to guests here. Thus, the implementation of this project will significantly affect the development of infrastructure for active recreation of residents and guests of the republic, the formation of a healthy lifestyle culture and increasing the tourist attractiveness of the region," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

As part of the investor's support, the specialists of the Development Corporation conducted an examination of the financial model and business plan of the project, selected a land plot and prepared a package of documents for inclusion in the List of priorities with the receipt of state support measures.

The project will be supported by the agency free of charge until full implementation. Assigning the priority status to the project will allow the investor to apply for a number of state support measures: the provision of a land plot without bidding, property tax benefits and investment tax deduction for corporate income tax.
