The effectiveness of virtual tours on investment sites of Bashkortostan was evaluated in several regions at once

In the regions of Russia, the effectiveness of the practice of virtual tours in 360° format, presented by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation on the ASI «Smarteca » portal, was evaluated. The practice of attracting investors using this tool has already been introduced in the Krasnodar Territory. Primorsky Krai and Tula Region are also in the process of introducing virtual tours.

- We managed to create a unique tool that made it easier for potential investors to choose a free site for the implementation of projects. Thanks to this, we were able to significantly increase the number of requests for the provision of land plots for business localization. The positive effect of using virtual tours in working with investors was also noted by our colleagues from the Krasnodar Territory. According to them, this option of site inspection is very convenient for entrepreneurs, since visual acquaintance with land plots in an online format without going to the area significantly saves time and allows you to assess the attractiveness of the territory. In Primorye and the Tula region, the practice is also being actively implemented. Colleagues plan to place tours of investment sites in these regions in the near future," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that the practice of attracting investors through virtual tours of free investment sites on the ASI portal "Smarteka" was noted as one of the best in working with entrepreneurs. Tours allow investors to receive an interactive 360-degree image with information about the boundaries, characteristics of the site, the availability of infrastructure and engineering networks and distance from socially and economically significant objects.

To date, on the website of the Development Corporation in the section «Virtual tours of the republic's venues» 190 tours of 315 venues have been placed.
