In seven months, the Development Corporation attracted 72 investment projects to Bashkortostan
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan has accepted 72 new investment projects with a total investment volume of about 25 billion rubles for seven months. So, as of August of this year, the department is accompanied by 177 investment projects, and the total amount of investments for them is almost 186 billion rubles and the creation of more than 16 thousand new jobs.
In its work, the Development Corporation uses various mechanisms to attract investors. One of them is the development of business cases - ready-made proposals for investment in a number of promising areas. Since the beginning of 2023, the Corporation's specialists have developed 21 business cases. In addition, virtual tours are also popular, a tool that was introduced for convenient acquaintance with free investment sites of Bashkortostan. In total, 190 virtual tours have been prepared for 315 sites as of August.
The specialists of the Development Corporation are also responsible for the development and examination of the financial model and business plan of the project. So, this year business plans have been prepared for 24 investment projects, 25 projects have passed professional expertise.
The Development Corporation is also the management company of the special economic zone "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufa", the territory of which was previously included in the SEZ by the Decree of the Government of Russia. Thus, the territory of the SEZ is now 763 hectares, and the industrial park has received the status of its fifth site.
As of August, 17 residents and 8 users of the park's infrastructure were registered on the territory of "Ufa". The total investment volume of residents here is about 37 billion rubles. Currently, 14 companies are residents of the SEZ "Alga". Recently, the companies "PlastEco Rus" and "Amkodor-Agidel" have received the status of residents. Thus, the total amount of declared investments of all residents is 43 billion rubles. As a result of the expansion of the SEZ, new residents will be able to claim tax benefits, as well as take advantage of the free customs zone.
