The authorities of Bashkortostan approved the conclusion of the NWPI with the initiator of the project for the construction of a new roadside complex

As part of the regular meeting of the "Investchas" investment committee of the region approved the conclusion of an Agreement on the protection and promotion of investments with the company "Mint" - the initiator of the project for the construction of a new roadside complex in the city of Kumertau. The initiative is supported by the Development Corporation and the Ministry of Trade of Bashkortostan. Earlier, the project was included in the List of priority investment projects in the region, and also recognized as large-scale. This allowed the investor to obtain a land plot for the implementation of the project without bidding.

- The investor plans to invest 60 million rubles in the implementation of the project, increasing the number of 11 existing jobs to 16. The project concept involves the creation of a roadside complex with a cafe, a hotel and a parking lot for trucks to create comfortable conditions and improve the safety of motorists, as well as high-quality passenger and cargo transportation in the republic, - said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that in July of this year, the authorities of Bashkortostan presented a program of work with investors, which significantly simplified the requirements for new projects to receive state support. The innovations made it possible to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, optimize regulatory procedures, as well as digitize the process of project support. One of the tools introduced by the state to support investment projects was the conclusion of an agreement with the investor on the protection and promotion of investments. Thus, investors whose projects have received priority status are guaranteed the preservation of the conditions that were in effect at the time of the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the investment project.
