Investors were offered to create a toy factory in Bashkortostan
Bashkortostan Development Corporation has presented a new business proposal to potential investors. Its concept involves the creation of a high-tech import-substituting toy production on the territory of the Ishimbay district. According to the calculations of the department's specialists, the budget for the implementation of this investment proposal will amount to 316.9 million rubles with the possibility of creating 45 new jobs.
- The presented business case is aimed at attracting investors to the niche vacated after the departure of a number of foreign manufacturers from the Russian market. It is assumed that the company will produce plastic constructors, sandbox kits, didactic and other types of toys for children of different ages. In the future, large domestic retailers selling children's goods can become partners of the created enterprise," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Together with the elaborated concept, the investment proposal presents financial and economic indicators that display information about the effectiveness of the project. The investor will be able to implement the proposal using the state support measures proposed in the case.
- One of the main support measures is the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects of the region with the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, investment tax deduction for income tax, as well as exemption from corporate property tax. In addition, the initiator will be able to receive a loan under the programs of the Industrial Development Fund. In case of interest in the submitted proposal, the specialists of the Development Corporation will conduct individual calculations in accordance with the stated parameters, help in obtaining support measures and will accompany the project free of charge until the full launch of the enterprise, Nail Gabbasov added.
