In Bashkortostan, the investment project of the gypsum and expanded clay manufacturer is recognized as large-scale

The investment project to expand the production capacity of the enterprise for the production of gypsum and expanded clay, initiated by the Ufa Gypsum Company, is recognized as large-scale. This status was assigned to the project, accompanied by the regional Development Corporation, following the results of the next "Investment Hour". This will allow the investor to get a land plot without bidding.

- Today the Ufa Gypsum Company is one of the largest enterprises of Bashkortostan for the production of expanded clay gravel. Nevertheless, the company intends to increase capacity by building a modern, energy-efficient gypsum production line in Ufa with a capacity of 80 thousand tons per year. The volume of investments in the implementation of the investment project will amount to 123 million rubles with the creation of 25 new jobs. It is planned to launch production by 2025," Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, said about the project.

As the investor noted, the expansion of production will significantly increase the volume of products produced and provide it to the consumer market of Bashkortostan and nearby regions. Previously, the project of the Ufa Gypsum Company was included in the priority List. Thus, the priority status will allow an investor, in addition to a land plot without bidding, to also receive benefits on corporate income tax.
