In Bashkortostan, the door fittings production project was approved for inclusion in the priority List

The investment project of the company "Juventus", which is accompanied by the Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Industry of Bashkortostan, was approved for inclusion in the List of priority investment projects of the region during the next meeting of "Investchas". As part of the initiative, the investor intends to expand the production of accessories for doors made of aluminum and PVC profiles operating in Ufa, as well as increase the volume of production of components from 500 thousand to 1 million units per year.

- To date, the investor already has an established production and a number of large partners throughout the country. It is assumed that with the expansion, it will increase capacity and fully occupy the niche of manufacturers of similar products that have left the market, expanding the geography of supplies. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 125 million rubles with the creation of 25 new jobs. I note that earlier "Juventus" received state support in the form of the possibility of renting a land plot without bidding under the import substitution program. Also, the investor will be provided with benefits on income tax and on the property of the organization," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

With the support of the investment project, the specialists of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan, as well as prepared a package of documents for inclusion in the List of priority investment projects and obtaining appropriate state support measures.

Recall that the inclusion of the project in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan makes it possible to implement the initiative with a wide range of preferences from the state. Assigning the priority status to the project provides for property tax benefits, the application of an investment tax deduction, as well as the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding.
