Lukoil's investment project for the construction of gas stations is recognized as large-scale

The investment project for the construction of a new gas station as part of the expansion of the existing LUKOIL gas station network, accompanied by the Development Corporation and the Ministry of Trade of Bashkortostan, is recognized as large-scale. This status was assigned to the project within the framework of the next meeting of the "Investchas". The investor plans to place a gas station in the Iglinsky district along the federal highway M-5 "Ural", having invested about 185 million rubles in the initiative.

- First of all, the status of a large-scale investment project allows an investor to apply for a land plot without bidding. Thus, the implementation of this initiative will make it possible to increase the number of gas stations in order to create even more comfortable conditions for motorists, favorably influence tax generation and create new jobs. The Development Corporation, in turn, will accompany the investor free of charge until the initiative is fully implemented," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Earlier, the investment project was included in the List of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan, which allowed it to receive the status of a large-scale with appropriate state support measures in the future. In addition to the land for rent without bidding, the investor will also receive a tax benefit on the property of the organization.

The investor thanked the Development Corporation for fruitful cooperation within the framework of the project and noted the prospects for further mutually beneficial cooperation.
