Investors rated the support of their projects by the Development Corporation by almost five points

The Development Corporation presented the results of a survey of investors whose projects are supported by the department. As of July of this year, the average score according to the results of the survey was 4.95. In 2022, for the same period, the result was 4.85.

- Quarterly survey among investors, accompanied by the Development Corporation, gives us the opportunity to monitor the degree of their satisfaction with the quality of services provided. Feedback also helps to identify possible nuances in support and implement useful tools in order to create conditions for comfortable business in the region," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The respondents to the survey were ten investors who assessed the quality of the agency's services according to eight indicators: the completeness of the information provided on the work of a specialized organization for attracting investments and working with investors, the possibility of obtaining services for investors when interacting with executive authorities on the principle of "one window", the quality of consulting support for investors and the provision of specialized services from the special organization at the initial appeal, the degree of efficiency of providing consulting support to investors and the provision of specialized services from the Development Corporation, the level of qualification of the department's employees, the degree of solving the issue that the investor addressed, the quality of events and the necessary work to attract investment in the economy of the region, the completeness of the information provided on the work of a specialized organization on attracting investments and working with investors in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Recall that according to the results of monitoring by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), published within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Bashkortostan Development Corporation entered the group with the highest efficiency of organizational mechanisms for business support.
