The fifth site of the SEZ "Alga" received a delegation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia
Within the framework of the X Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus, the Ufa Industrial Park received an official delegation in the new status of the fifth site of the special economic zone Alga. A working meeting was held here between Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan, residents of the park and the management of the Development Corporation, the management company of the preferential zone. The guests were introduced to the activities of the enterprises and the immediate plans after the inclusion of the park territory in the special economic zone "Alga". One of the main points of the program of the visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia to the park was the production complex of the Belarusian company "Amkodor", where construction work has been completed and equipment commissioning is underway.
- A very high level of competence and cooperation was manifested here. Colleagues from the Republic of Bashkortostan have done a lot of work: first, all the conditions for construction were provided, then unprecedented support measures that a special economic zone of an industrial-production type assumes. But the most important thing is that today we have an enterprise ready for the production of high-tech products," said Dmitry Volvach.
Earlier, by a decree of the Government of Russia, the Ufa Industrial Park became part of the territory of the SEZ Alga. Thus, the General Director of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation Nail Gabbasov, acquainted the participants of the meeting with the prospects and benefits for new residents.
- As Dmitry Valeryevich noted, our republic is really ready to offer investors unprecedented measures of state support. Thus, companies that have become residents of the park after its entry into the SEZ will be able to claim tax and customs benefits. Also, the inclusion in the SEZ of the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park gives additional advantages in the form of a favorable economic and geographical location, developed transport infrastructure and the availability of engineering networks, which allows you to organize convenient logistics for residents," Nail Gabbasov summed up.
Taking into account the inclusion of the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park into the SEZ Alga, its area will be 763 hectares. Companies that have received the status of a SEZ resident will be able to implement their investment projects, taking advantage of the opportunity to reduce tax rates, accelerated depreciation, benefits for renting and buying land, as well as the effect of a free customs zone.
