Potential investors were presented with another free investment site for roadside service

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to investors another free investment platform designed for the development of roadside service in the region. The area of the land plot located in Krasnokamsky district is 1.09 hectares. Here the investor is offered to place a multifunctional roadside complex.

- Roadside service is defined by the leadership of the republic as one of the priority directions of socio-economic development. Thus, being an authorized organization for working with investors, the Corporation, together with municipal business sheriffs, is working on attracting investments in this area," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The presented investment site may be attractive to investors because it is located next to a busy section of the Durtyuli-Neftekamsk highway. The intensity of the traffic flow here can reach up to a thousand cars per day. In addition, there are electricity, gas and water supply connection points in the immediate vicinity of it.

To create the most comfortable conditions when choosing an investment site, the Bashkortostan Development Corporation has implemented a tool for developing virtual tours of the republic's sites. The interactive image in 360 format allows investors to get acquainted with the technical characteristics of the sites online, without going to the terrain.

- In case of interest in the presented investment platform, the Corporation's specialists will provide the investor with comprehensive consulting and methodological support when interacting with representatives of the municipality and preparing documents for obtaining state support measures, Nail Gabbasov added.

Recall that the Government of Bashkortostan has approved the Concept of roadside service development for 2020 - 2024, within the framework of which 1,000 new facilities should be built in the republic and the same number modernized.
