The Russian government has decided to expand the territory of the SEZ "Alga"

The Ufa Industrial Park has become part of the territory of the SEZ Alga. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Government of Russia Mikhail Mishustin. The formation of the Application for inclusion in the special economic zone of new territories was handled by the management company of the SEZ "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufa" Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as the Regional Project Office. As the Director General of the department Nail Gabbasov noted, the inclusion of the Ufa Industrial Park into the SEZ Alga is the result of painstaking work started back in 2021.

Companies that have become residents of the park after its entry into the SEZ will be able to claim all the preferences granted to residents of the special economic zone tax and customs privileges, Nail Gabbasov said. – 6 potential investors have already expressed their intentions to conduct their activities in the new territory of the SEZ. Their fields of activity are furniture manufacturing, chemical and wood processing industries, as well as the production of agricultural machinery and oil and gas equipment. In the next 10 years, investors are ready to invest at least 11 billion rubles in their projects and create 765 jobs in the region.

The location of the industrial park provides an advantageous economic and geographical location, taking into account the proximity to Ufa, and the developed transport infrastructure and the availability of engineering networks make it possible to organize convenient logistics for residents.
