Bashkortostan will expand cooperation with foreign partners

Bashkortostan Development Corporation intends to expand cooperation with partners from Iran, China and Uzbekistan in attracting investors. Thus, within the framework of the current cooperation, the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, together with foreign partners, is working on the implementation of their investment projects on the territory of Bashkortostan. This was announced by the head of the department Nail Gabbasov during an interview for the RBC TV channel as part of the SPIEF-2023.

- Investors from many foreign countries are interested in the investment potential of Bashkortostan and the implementation of their investment projects here. For example, the day before we held a meeting with a major Chinese investor interested in placing heparin production with us. Relations with companies that we managed to get acquainted with during our past visits to the Islamic Republic of Iran are also at the stage of negotiations," Nail Gabbasov said.

During the conversation with journalists, the head of the regional Development Corporation also shared details of the department's cooperation with Belarus.

- We cooperate with the Republic of Belarus in the implementation of two investment projects - the construction of a plant for the production of machinery and equipment for post-harvest grain processing and a production and service center with a total investment of 2.5 billion rubles. Being the management company of the Ufa Industrial Park, where agricultural machinery will be produced, with the support of the Government, we are building a production complex for the investor. The construction stage is nearing completion, and then the investor will start commissioning the equipment," Nail Gabbasov summed up.
