The initiator of the project to expand the production of door fittings in Ufa received land without bidding

The company "Juventa", the investment project of which is accompanied by the Development Corporation together with the Ministry of Industry of Bashkortostan, signed a lease agreement for a land plot in the Demsky district of Ufa. The investor was able to get a measure of support thanks to a simplified procedure for granting land plots without bidding for projects aimed at import substitution. Natalia Polyanskaya, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan, commented on the provision of this state support measure.

- According to the procedure approved by the Government of the Republic, the decision to lease land plots owned by the republic without bidding is made on the basis of applications from entrepreneurs with the provision of a business plan for the project. This is a great help for potential investors - those who are ready to develop themselves and work for the benefit of Bashkortostan. "Juventus has fulfilled all the requirements and we can only wish good luck to this relatively young, but very ambitious company," Natalia Polyanskaya said.

The initiative of the company "Juventus" is accompanied by a regional development Corporation. Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the department, spoke in more detail about the project and the progress of its implementation.

- The project involves the expansion of the existing import-substituting production of fittings for doors made of aluminum and PVC profiles, as well as an increase in the volume of production of components from 500 thousand to 1 million units per year. The volume of investments will amount to 125 million rubles, and 25 new jobs will be created at the enterprise. As part of the investor's support, our specialists have developed a financial model and a business plan for the project, as well as prepared documents for obtaining a land plot without bidding," Nail Gabbasov explained.

As the investor noted, the increase in production capacity will create new jobs and provide the consumer market with high-quality fittings manufactured by a domestic manufacturer.
