The Development Corporation has presented another free platform to investors interested in business development in Bashkortostan. The land plot with an area of 1.2 hectares is located in the Ilishevsky district. Potential investors are invited to place a roadside service facility here.

- The presented site is located along the federal highway M-7 "Volga". The intensity of car traffic here is about five thousand cars per day. Therefore, the creation of a new roadside complex on this site will be especially relevant. Another advantage of the site is its close proximity to the networks of engineering infrastructure: electricity, gas and water supply," said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov noted earlier that great attention is paid to the development of roadside service in the region. This direction is one of the priorities due to the need to ensure the comfort of residents and guests of the region.

Recall that the Government of Bashkortostan approved the Concept of roadside service development for 2020-2024. According to the document, 1,000 new facilities will be opened on regional and federal roads in four years, the same number will be reconstructed under a single style.
