The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented to investors another free investment platform in the Kiginsky district. The land plot on which the investor is offered to place a roadside service facility is located along the route of regional significance "Birsk-Tastuba-Satka". Its area is 0.18 hectares.

- The development of roadside service is noted as one of the priorities in the republic. In particular, its development is also necessary on the sections of the Birsk-Tastuba-Satka highway, because it not only leads to some tourist sites in the region, but also connects Bashkortostan and the Chelyabinsk region. The site is located in close proximity to the points of connection of engineering infrastructure, and is also located in a location with a fairly active traffic flow, which will make it possible to quickly recoup investments," said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In 2022, 129 roadside service facilities were commissioned and 164 modernized in the republic. The total volume of investments exceeded 2 billion rubles. At the moment, in accordance with the instructions of the regional government, the heads of municipal districts and urban districts are conducting an information campaign to attract investors to the field of roadside service.

Potential investors can get acquainted with the presented investment platform in an online format using a virtual tour posted on the website of the Development Corporation. Virtual tours of the sites of the republic allow not only to study the technical and infrastructural characteristics of land plots, but also to get acquainted with the territory without visiting the area. In case of interest in the presented investment platform, the Development Corporation will provide consulting and methodological support to the investor during the implementation of the project, as well as interaction with the management of the municipality and resource-supplying organizations.
