Bashkortostan and Kazakhstan plan to cooperate in the field of high technologies

Bashkortostan is considering the possibility of cooperation with a Kazakh company in the field of the introduction of geoinformation systems for the digitization of public services. This became known during an online meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Bashkortostan, the Ufa Administration and the management of KazAeroSpace. The meeting was organized by the Regional Development Corporation. Within the framework of the dialogue, the participants discussed the possibility of introducing the developments of colleagues from Kazakhstan into the work of relevant departments.

The prospects for cooperation in this direction were noted by Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

- To date, digitalization has begun to play an important role in the activities of authorities. Thus, the developments of the Kazakh company, which were discussed during the meeting, may be of interest not only to representatives of the housing and communal sector, but also to the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Forestry and even the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The company is considering various options for cooperation with Bashkortostan, including localization of production in the republic. This issue will also be worked out jointly with representatives of the company," Nail Gabbasov said.

Representatives of KazAeroSpace presented an innovative development to the participants of the meeting, which is now being successfully used in Kazakhstan. Its essence lies in the digitization of entire cities, urban facilities and communications. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to jointly work out the nuances of implementing the submitted projects in the region.
